Vocational rehabilitation services, not mandatory--testingand assessment.

287.143. As a guide to the interpretation and application of sections287.144 to 287.149, sections 287.144 to 287.149 shall not be construed torequire the employer to provide vocational rehabilitation to a severelyinjured employee. An employee shall submit to appropriate vocationaltesting and a vocational rehabilitation assessment scheduled by an employeror its insurer.
