Cafeteria plan payroll deductions, not to reduce computation ofemployee compensation.

287.252. Where an employer has established a cafeteria planfor the employees of the employer in accordance with Section 125of Title 26 United States Code, no payroll deduction or otherreduction in salary of any employee made for the purpose ofparticipating in such cafeteria plan shall have the effect ofreducing the compensation amount used in calculating theemployee's compensation or wages for the purpose of any workers'compensation claim governed by this chapter.
