Division may be sued--official seal.

287.590. The division may sue and be sued in its officialname. The division shall have an official seal bearing theinscription: "The Division of Workers' Compensation of theDepartment of Labor and Industrial Relations". The official sealof the commission or division shall be affixed to all writs andauthentication of copies of records, papers on file, and to suchother instruments as the commission or division shall direct.Copies of the records and proceedings of the commission ordivision, and of all papers on file in its office, certifiedunder the seal, shall be evidence in all courts of the state.
