No fees for services of public officers.

287.670. Every public officer, without exacting a fee orcharge therefor, shall furnish the commission or the division, onapplication, with a certified copy of any document, or partthereof, on file in his office, and no public officer shall beentitled to receive from the commission or the division any feefor entering, filing, docketing or recording any documentrequired or authorized by law to be filed in his office.
