Penalty not specifically provided--misdemeanor.

287.790. Any person, corporation, his or its directors,officers or agents, or any other person who violates any of theprovisions of this chapter for which a penalty has not hereinbeen specifically provided, shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by afine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundreddollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less thanone week and not more than one year or both such fine andimprisonment.
