Burden of proof.

287.808. The burden of establishing any affirmative defense is on theemployer. The burden of proving an entitlement to compensation under thischapter is on the employee or dependent. In asserting any claim or defensebased on a factual proposition, the party asserting such claim or defensemust establish that such proposition is more likely to be true than nottrue.
