Retirement benefit plan exclusive, exception--transfer of funds fromother system.

287.846. 1. The retirement benefit plan established by theprovisions of sections 287.812 to 287.855 shall be the onlyretirement benefit plan under which benefits shall be paid topersons based on services of administrative law judges or legaladvisors covered under the provisions of sections 287.812 to287.855.

2. Any contributions made by the state of Missouri or thedivision to any other retirement system on such administrativelaw judge's or legal advisor's behalf shall be transferred uponAugust 13, 1984, to the board to be kept in the separate accountprovided for in section 287.845.

3. The provisions of subsections 1 and 2 of this sectionshall not apply to benefits paid or contributions made under theFederal Old Age and Survivors' Insurance Act, as amended.
