Liability, limitation of.

287.880. There shall be no liability on the part of, and nocause of action of any nature shall lie, whether at law or inequity, against, any member employer, the guaranty corporation orits agents or employees, the board of directors, or the divisionof workers' compensation, or any of its employees orrepresentatives, on account of any action or inaction taken byany of them in the administration of this workers' compensationself-insurer's guaranty fund, or in the performance of theirpowers and duties under sections 287.860 to 287.885.
