Workers' compensation insurers to report cost data to department.

287.892. All workers' compensation insurers or their designated agents,self-insurers and state agencies responsible for the collection or maintenanceof workers' compensation related data shall report claims informationnecessary to determine and analyze costs of the workers' compensation systemto the director of the department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration or to such agents as the director may designate.The director may promulgate all reasonable rules and regulations necessary toimplement this section.
