Act not applicable, when--unfair trade practices, when.

287.932. 1. Nothing in sections 287.930 to 287.975prohibits or regulates the payment of dividends, savings orunabsorbed premium deposits allowed or returned by insurers totheir policyholders, members or subscribers, but in the paymentof such dividends there shall be no unfair discrimination betweenpolicyholders.

2. A plan for the payment of dividends, savings orunabsorbed premium deposits allowed or returned by insurers totheir policyholders, members or subscribers shall not beconsidered a rating plan or system.

3. It shall be an unfair trade practice pursuant tosections 375.934 and 375.936, RSMo, to make the payment of adividend or any portion thereof conditioned upon renewal of thepolicy or contract.
