Resume retrieval program, division may administer, chargefees--general assembly may appropriate funds for program.

288.222. The division of employment security of thedepartment of labor and industrial relations may continueadministering the resume retrieval program, formerly funded byfederal grants, to the same extent as such program has beenprovided prior to August 28, 1991. The division of employmentsecurity may charge fees in connection with services provided bythe resume retrieval program sufficient to cover costs ofadministration of the program. The general assembly mayappropriate funds to administer the resume retrieval program.
