Free public employment offices.

288.270. The provisions of the Wagner-Peyser Act (29U.S.C.A. Sec. 49 et seq.), as amended, are hereby accepted bythis state and the division of employment security is herebydesignated and constituted the agency of this state for thepurposes of said act. The division shall establish and maintainfree public employment offices in such number and in such placesas may be necessary for the proper administration of this chapterand for the purposes of performing such functions as are withinthe purview of the Wagner-Peyser Act.
