Uncollectible benefit overpayments, how determined.

288.382. The division may, for good cause, determine asuncollectible and purge from its records any benefit overpaymentas mentioned in subsections 11 and 12 of section 288.380 whichremains unpaid after the expiration of five years after the dateof the determination which established such overpayment.
