Summary of law and wage rate, employer to post, how.

290.522. Every employer subject to any provision of sections 290.500 to290.530 or of any regulations issued under sections 290.500 to 290.530 shallkeep a summary of sections 290.500 to 290.530, approved by the director, andcopies of any applicable wage regulations issued under sections 290.500 to290.530, or a summary of the wage regulations posted in a conspicuous andaccessible place in or about the premises wherein any person subject theretois employed. Employers shall be furnished copies of the summaries andregulations by the state on request without charge.
