Employees to be furnished with clothing--respirators to be usedwhile at work.

292.320. Every employer in this state to which sections292.300 to 292.440 apply shall provide for and place at thedisposal of the employees so engaged, and shall maintain in goodcondition without cost to the employees, working clothes to bekept and used exclusively by such employees while at work and allemployees therein shall be required at all times while they areat work to use and wear such clothing; and in all processes ofmanufacture or labor referred to in this section which areproductive of noxious or poisonous dusts, adequate and approvedrespirators shall be furnished and maintained by the employer ingood condition and without cost to the employees, and suchemployees shall use such respirators at all times while engagedin any work productive of noxious or poisonous dusts.
