Employer to provide dressing rooms, lavatories.

292.360. Every employer engaged in carrying on any processor manufacture or labor referred to in section 292.310, shallprovide, separate and apart from the workshop in which suchemployees are engaged, a dressing room and lavatory for the useof such employees who are exposed to poisonous or injuriousdusts, fumes and gases, and such lavatory shall be kept andmaintained in a hygienic and sanitary manner and provided with asufficient number of basins or spigots with adequate washingfacilities, including hot and cold water, clean individual towelsand soap, and sufficient shower baths, and the dressing roomshall be furnished with compartment lockers, so that the ordinarystreet clothes of such employees shall be kept separate and apartfrom their working clothes. Male and female employees shall beprovided for separately.
