Duty of director of inspection section.

292.410. It shall be the duty of the director of theinspection section to enforce the provisions of sections 292.300to 292.440 and to prosecute all violations of the same before anyassociate circuit judge or any court of competent jurisdiction inthis state, and for that purpose the director of the inspectionsection and his assistants are empowered to and shall visit andinspect, at least once a year, and at reasonable hours, and asoften as practicable, all places of employment covered by theprovisions of sections 292.300 to 292.440.
