Immunity from liability for official actions by members of commissionand local emergency planning committee, exceptions.

292.623. Members of the Missouri emergency responsecommission and members of local emergency planning committeesappointed by the commission shall not be liable for damagesincurred as a result of actions taken by them when acting intheir capacities pursuant to sections 292.600 to 292.625, or thefederal act. This protection from liability shall not apply foracts or omissions which result from intentional wrongdoing orgross negligence.
