Portable toilets required at certain construction projects.

292.630. 1. At all construction projects at which twenty people ormore are engaged in the performance of work, the primary employer orcontractor at such project shall provide at least one portable toilet foreach twenty people; except that, the provisions of this section shall notapply to any railroad company.

2. The provisions of this section shall be enforced by the departmentof labor and industrial relations through the division of labor standards.Upon a finding by a court of competent jurisdiction that a primary employeror contractor has willfully violated or omitted to comply with therequirements of this section, such person or persons shall be subject topenalty as provided by section 290.340, RSMo.
