Coal miner's lien for wages.

293.490. All employees of coal mines have, as security forwork performed, a lien upon all property of the person owning,constructing or operating the mine, used in construction oroperation, including real estate, building, machinery, and allother personal property, to satisfy in full the amount due forlabor performed. The lien shall be enforced and secured upon thesame general terms and after the manner of procedure in grantingmechanics' liens.
