Work certificate forms furnished by state commissioner ofeducation--no fee.

294.070. No fee shall be charged for a work certificate or workpermit issued under the provisions of this chapter. The form of the workcertificate shall be prepared by the state commissioner of education.Blank work certificates shall be furnished to the superintendent of eachschool district by the state commissioner of education.
