Proceedings not to supersede voluntary arbitration.

295.170. Compulsory arbitration, as provided in thischapter, shall not be effective in disputes where voluntaryarbitration is a part of the contract between the disputingparties. In the event that through the voluntary arbitrationdisputing parties cannot agree, the state board of mediationshall then enforce the compulsory arbitration as provided.
