Traffic division to submit annual traffic safety report.

300.050. The traffic division shall annually prepare atraffic report which shall be filed with the mayor. Such reportshall contain information on traffic matters in the city asfollows:

(1) The number of traffic accidents, the number of personskilled, the number of persons injured, and other pertinenttraffic accident data;

(2) The number of traffic accidents investigated and otherpertinent data on the safety activities of the police;

(3) The plans and recommendations of the division for futuretraffic safety activities.
