Persons propelling push carts or riding animals to obey trafficregulations.

300.085. Every person propelling any push cart or riding ananimal upon a roadway, and every person driving any animal-drawnvehicle, shall be subject to the provisions of this ordinanceapplicable to the driver of any vehicle, except those provisionsof this ordinance which by their very nature can have noapplication.
