Public employees to obey traffic regulations.

300.095. The provisions of this ordinance shall apply to thedriver of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of theUnited States government, this state, county, or city, and itshall be unlawful for any said driver to violate any of theprovisions of this ordinance, except as otherwise permitted inthis ordinance.
