Immediate notice of accident within city.
300.110. The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident within thecity resulting in injury to or death of any person or total property damageto an apparent extent of five hundred dollars or more to one person shallgive, or cause to be given, notice of such accident to the policedepartment as soon as reasonably possible.
