Manual and specifications for traffic control devices.

300.135. All traffic control signs, signals and devicesshall conform to the manual and specifications approved by thestate highways and transportation commission or resolutionadopted by the legislative body of the city. All signs orsignals required hereunder for a particular purpose shall so faras practicable be uniform as to type and location throughout thecity. All traffic control devices so erected and notinconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance shall beofficial traffic control devices.
