Regulation of speed by traffic signals.

300.210. The city traffic engineer is authorized to regulatethe timing of traffic signals so as to permit the movement oftraffic in an orderly and safe manner at speeds slightly atvariance from the speeds otherwise applicable within the districtor at intersections and shall erect appropriate signs givingnotice thereof.
