Other intersections where stop or yield required.

300.265. The city traffic engineer is hereby authorized todetermine and designate intersections where particular hazardexists upon other than through streets and to determine whethervehicles shall stop at one or more entrances to any suchintersection, in which event he shall cause to be erected a stopsign at every such place where a stop is required, or whethervehicles shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles on a differentstreet at such intersection as prescribed in subsection 1 ofsection 300.280, in which event he shall cause to be erected ayield sign at every place where obedience thereto is required.
