Emerging from alley, driveway or building.

300.285. The driver of a vehicle within a business orresidence district emerging from an alley, driveway or buildingshall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto asidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across any alleywayor driveway, and shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrianas may be necessary to avoid collision, and upon entering theroadway shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approachingon said roadway.
