Stop when traffic obstructed.

300.290. No driver shall enter an intersection or a markedcrosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side ofthe intersection or crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle he isoperating without obstructing the passage of other vehicles orpedestrians, notwithstanding any traffic control signalindication to proceed.
