When pedestrian shall yield.

300.390. 1. Every pedestrian crossing a roadway at anypoint other than within a marked crosswalk or within an unmarkedcrosswalk at an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to allvehicles upon the roadway.

2. Any pedestrian crossing a roadway at a point where apedestrian tunnel or overhead pedestrian crossing has beenprovided shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon theroadway.

3. The foregoing rules in this section have no applicationunder the conditions stated in section 300.395 when pedestriansare prohibited from crossing at certain designated places.
