Cooperation in reciprocal agreements with public servicecommission.

301.279. The commission shall cooperate with the publicservice commission in the matter of negotiating and entering intoreciprocal agreements as provided for under sections 301.271 to301.279 and as provided for by section 386.220, RSMo, but theprovisions and agreements as to reciprocity concerning motorvehicle registration shall be separate and distinct from and notgoverned by any provisions or agreements as to reciprocityconcerning public service commission fees and charges.
