Appeal procedure for denial.

301.3152. Any person or organization who has received a notice ofdenial of application for development of a specialty plate may make arequest to the joint committee on transportation oversight within fifteendays of receipt of the notice for a review of the committee's determinationat a hearing before the committee at a time deemed appropriate.
