301.481. Any person who is a member or a former member or whose childis a member of the Missouri 4-H may apply for motor vehicle license platesfor any vehicle such person owns, either solely or jointly, other than acommercial or apportioned motor vehicle licensed in excess of eighteenthousand pounds gross weight. Any such person shall make application forthe license plates on a form provided by the director of revenue andfurnish such proof as a member or member's parent of the Missouri 4-H asthe director may require. Upon payment of a fifteen dollar fee,presentation of all documents and payment of all other fees required bylaw, the director shall issue license plates bearing letters or numbers ora combination thereof as determined by the advisory committee establishedin section 301.129, with the words "MISSOURI 4-H" in place of the words"SHOW-ME STATE". Such license plates shall be made with fully reflectivematerial with a common color scheme and design, shall be clearly visible atnight, and shall be aesthetically attractive, as prescribed by section301.130. Such plates shall also bear an image of the Missouri 4-H emblem.No additional fee shall be charged for personalization of plates issuedpursuant to this section. There shall be no limit on the number of platesissued pursuant to this section.
