Title designations may be reviewed by department of revenue.

301.573. The department may review all title designations. Anydesignation described in section 301.190 or 301.227, placed on acertificate of ownership or certificate of title issued pursuant to section301.190 or 301.227, shall remain on the certificate of ownership or title,and any and all subsequent certificates of ownership or title issued forthat vehicle shall carry such designation on the face of such certificatesof ownership or title.

(1994) Statute giving administrative agency the specific duty to review title designations and to place historical information regarding vehicle title on subsequent titles is not so imprecise and uncertain a duty as to render the statute void for vagueness.
