Driving privilege of nonresident subject to suspension, revocation ordisqualification--conviction records sent to other states.

302.150. 1. The privilege of driving a motor vehicle on thehighways of this state given to a nonresident hereunder shall besubject to suspension, revocation or disqualification by thedirector of revenue in like manner and for like cause as alicense issued hereunder may be suspended, revoked ordisqualified.

2. The director of revenue is further authorized, uponreceiving a record of the conviction in this state of anonresident driver of a motor vehicle of any offense under themotor vehicle laws of this state, to forward a certified copy ofsuch record to the motor vehicle administrator in the statewherein the person so convicted is a resident.
