Assessment of points and suspension or revocation of license, noticeof conviction outside Missouri.

302.160. When the director of revenue receives notice of a convictionin another state or from a federal court, which, if committed in thisstate, would result in the assessment of points, the director is authorizedto assess the points and suspend or revoke the operating privilege when theaccumulated points so require as provided in section 302.304.
