Information on dangers of operating a motor vehicle in intoxicatedor drugged state, all first-time licensees to receive.

302.176. Upon successful completion of the requirements of thischapter to obtain a driver's license, all first-time licensees in thisstate shall receive information from the department of revenue relating tothe dangers of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated or druggedcondition.
