Effect of revocation--penalty.

302.200. Any resident or nonresident whose license, rightor privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this state has beensuspended or revoked as provided in sections 302.010 to 302.540shall not operate a motor vehicle in this state under a license,permit or registration certificate issued by any otherjurisdiction or otherwise during such suspension or after suchrevocation until a new license is obtained when and as permittedunder sections 302.010 to 302.540. Violation of any provisionof this section is a misdemeanor and on conviction therefor aperson shall be punished as prescribed by section 302.321.
