Diversion program participation prohibited, when.

302.345. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no federal,state, county, municipal, or local court shall defer imposition ofjudgment, suspend imposition of sentence, or allow an individual whopossesses a commercial driver's license or is required to possess acommercial driver's license issued pursuant to this chapter or the laws ofanother state to enter into a diversion program that would prevent aconviction for any violation, in any type of motor vehicle, of a federal,state, county, municipal, or local traffic control law from appearing onthe driver's record maintained by the director of revenue.
