Suspension, revocation or cancellation of license, notice to employer,when.

302.710. A driver whose commercial driver's license issuspended, revoked, or canceled by any state, or who loses theprivilege to drive a commercial motor vehicle in any state forany period, including being disqualified from driving acommercial motor vehicle, or who is subject to an out of serviceorder, shall notify his employer of that fact before the end ofthe business day following the day the driver received notice ofthat fact.
