Rules and regulations, promulgation of, procedure--drivinginstruction programs of state colleges and universities to beapproved.

302.765. 1. The director may adopt any rules and regulationsnecessary to carry out the provisions of sections 302.700 to 302.780. Norule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of sections302.700 to 302.780 shall become effective unless it has been promulgatedpursuant to the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.

2. The director shall adopt a rule approving driving instructionprograms presently provided by a Missouri state college, a Missouri stateuniversity or a Missouri state community college.
