Records, where kept--destroyed, when.

303.045. The director of revenue shall keep all recordsfiled under the provisions of sections 303.040, 303.100, and303.150, in his custody at the City of Jefferson. All recordsand files pertaining to reports of accidents, unsatisfiedjudgments, and suspensions or revocations of license as theresult of convictions may be destroyed, provided they have beenfinally closed by the director for a period of one year.
