Suspension not lifted or license renewed, when--effect ofbankruptcy.

303.110. Such license, registration and nonresident'soperating privilege shall remain so suspended and shall not berenewed, nor shall any such license or registration be thereafterissued in the name of such person, including any such person notpreviously licensed, unless and until every such final judgmentis stayed, satisfied in full or to the extent hereinafterprovided and until the said person gives proof of financialresponsibility subject to the exemptions stated in sections303.100 and 303.130. A discharge in bankruptcy following therendering of any such judgment shall not relieve thejudgment-debtor from any of the requirements of this chapter.
