Notice of cancellation of insurance to be given director.

303.210. When an insurance carrier has certified a motorvehicle liability policy under section 303.170 or a policy undersection 303.180, the insurance so certified shall not be canceledor terminated until at least ten days after a notice ofcancellation or termination of the insurance so certified shallbe filed in the office of the director of revenue, except thatsuch policy subsequently procured and certified shall, on theeffective date of its certification, terminate the insurancepreviously certified with respect to any motor vehicle designatedin both certificates.
