Substitution of one proof of responsibility for another.

303.260. The director shall consent to the cancellation ofany bond or certificate of insurance or the director shall directand the state treasurer shall return any money or securities tothe person entitled thereto upon the substitution and acceptanceof other adequate proof of financial responsibility pursuant tothis chapter.
