Director may require different proof, when.

303.270. Whenever any proof of financial responsibilityfiled under the provisions of this chapter no longer fulfills thepurposes for which required, the director shall, for the purposeof this chapter, require other proof as required by this chapterand shall suspend the license and registration or thenonresident's operating privilege pending the filing of suchother proof.
