Driver's records available upon request.

303.300. The director shall upon request furnish any persona certified abstract of the operating record of any personsubject to the provisions of this chapter, which abstract shallalso fully designate the motor vehicles, if any, registered inthe name of such person, and, if there shall be no record of anyconviction of such person of violating any law relating to theoperation of a motor vehicle or of any injury or damage caused bysuch person, the director shall so certify.
