Vehicle not registered until bona fide transfer.

303.320. If any owner's registration has been suspendedhereunder, such registration shall not be transferred nor themotor vehicle in respect of which such registration was issuedregistered in any other name until the director is satisfied thatsuch transfer of registration is proposed in good faith and notfor the purpose or with the effect of defeating the purposes ofthis chapter. Nothing in this section shall in any wise affectthe rights of any conditional vendor, chattel mortgagee or lessorof a motor vehicle registered in the name of another as owner whobecomes subject to the provisions of this section.
